Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your order as promptly and securely as possible.
We use Royal Mail for all UK domestic orders and Evri for international orders, depending on the destination and service availability.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery’s progress. Please allow at least one day for order processing.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply when orders arrive in their destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and we are not liable for covering them.
Processing Times
- Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on your location and the courier service selected at checkout. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
For international orders, customs clearance may cause delays. The customs process is unpredictable, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays this may cause.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found, or you believe it may have been stolen, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible, as this is out of our control. We strongly advise you to contact your local courier service directly for further investigation.
We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.
